Spiral Sliced Ham with Honey Mustard Glaze GF DF A flavorful ham, ready to heat, with extra glaze and garnishes for your platter. Each ham weighs 7-9 lbs. and serves approximately 10-16 guests. $14.95 per pound.
Hand Sliced Roast Turkey Breast in Gravy $158.00 per pan GF DF Perfectly cooked, moist, tender turkey breast in gravy. Hand-sliced by our chef. One pan serves 6
Boneless Roast Leg of Spring Lamb GF DF We have done everything to make serving a perfect roast leg of lamb simple & easy. Each boneless roast serves about 5 - 7 guests (approximately 5 -7 lbs.) and is infused with fresh rosemary, thyme, lemon, garlic and spices. The un-cooked roasts have been browned on the outside to insure a deep caramel bronze color and flavor. All you have to do is cook the roast in the oven in its own foil roasting pan. Each roast comes with a delicious pan dripping brown sauce and a bag of fresh herb & kale garnishes to make your platters look spectacular! Explicit instructions for heating and serving and an instant read thermometer to insure your roast is perfectly cooked are included with every roast. $26.50 per pound.
