Boneless Roast Leg of Spring LambGFDFWe have done everything to make serving a perfect roast leg of lamb simple & easy. Each boneless roast serves about 5 - 7 guests (approximately 5 -7 lbs.) and is infused with fresh rosemary, thyme, lemon, garlic and spices. The un-cooked roasts have been browned on the outside to insure a deep caramel bronze color and flavor. All you have to do is cook the roast in the oven in its own foil roasting pan.
