Stuffed Fresh Goose (SOLD OUT)We have made it as simple as possible for you to serve a perfect roast to your guests. Each fresh Minnesota Goose, selected by our chef, is seasoned with fresh herbs, stuffed with our own traditional herb bread stuffing and is pre-basted with butter and brandy for a perfect bronze roast. The roast is placed in a disposable roasting pan and requires no preparation other than roasting it in your oven for the time specified in our explicit directions. Included with every roast is a generous serving of our flavorful gravy and all the garnishes you need for a truly impressive platter. Each Goose weighs about 10-12 pounds and serves 4-6 guests. $14.95 per pound.
