Stuffed Fresh Goose We have made it as simple as possible for you to serve a perfect roast to your guests. Each fresh Minnesota Goose, selected by our chef, is seasoned with fresh herbs, stuffed with our own traditional herb bread stuffing and is pre-basted with butter and brandy for a perfect bronze roast. The roast is placed in a disposable roasting pan and requires no preparation other than roasting it in your oven for the time specified in our explicit directions.
