What can I say except simply perfect!!! We have received tremendous response to the wedding ­ everyone is raving about the food even still. And yes, I won my bet with Judith and I actually sat down and ate my dinner at my own wedding!

Mark, you did an amazing job. Jon and I are so very happy with every little detail you obviously put so much thought and effort into. Everything from the tables, to the bars, to the flowers, the fresh lemonade (which was a major hit), the little fruit sorbets which were personally delivered to me on the dance floor, and of course the most gorgeous wedding cake ever!!!

I just wanted to thank you for your hard work, thoughtfulness, professionalism and attention to detail. You exceeded all my expectations and I am certain that many people will be contacting you when they are ready to cater their own parties, as many of our guests asked about you. You did a tremendous job, Mark. Thank you so much for making my and Jon¹s day simply a fairytale.

A Family Dinner Celebration in Westchester

Dear Mark,

The party last night was the best I have ever given at home. Jim and I really had a great time along with all our friends and family. The Susan Lawrence staff, as you promised, were so professional and efficient ­ yet so warm and friendly they did become like family. They were on top of everything. Guests always had a drink in hand ­ food was constantly being passed, and used plates and glasses were whisked away. Somehow I kept losing my glass and your staff kept finding it or seeing I had a fresh one immediately.

The food was absolutely delicious ­ the selection perfect. And the presentation beyond belief ­ the fruit and cheese platters works of art ­ my dining room table truly a garden. You did make our home feel like a garden in the rain! So many people thought the cake was a gift box ­ definitely a masterpiece and sinfully delicious. So many guests said it was like a New York City party ­ lots of people ­ small space ­yet plenty of room to move around and mingle. Your staff was like beautiful background music ­ always there but unobtrusive.

Mark ­ thank you for coming here to meet with Jim and me ahead of time ­ your guidance was excellent with respect to menu and layout. And a special note of appreciation for coming here the day of the party and spending so much time seeing to the set up with the staff. Jim and I hope to have the occasion to work with Susan Lawrence in the future.
